Ingredients
- Low carb tortillas
- Pepperoni slices
- Mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- Italian seasoning
- Olive oil
- Parmesan cheese (grated)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Lay a low carb tortilla flat and sprinkle a generous amount of mozzarella cheese over it.
- Place pepperoni slices evenly on top of the cheese.
- Sprinkle some Italian seasoning for flavor.
- Roll the tortilla tightly and secure with a toothpick if necessary.
- Brush the outside with olive oil and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
- Place the roll-ups on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden and melty.
- Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
