Description

Delicious and quick Cheesy Pepperoni Roll-Ups, perfect for snacks or easy dinners.


Ingredients

  • Low carb tortillas
  • Pepperoni slices
  • Mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • Italian seasoning
  • Olive oil
  • Parmesan cheese (grated)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Lay a low carb tortilla flat and sprinkle a generous amount of mozzarella cheese over it.
  3. Place pepperoni slices evenly on top of the cheese.
  4. Sprinkle some Italian seasoning for flavor.
  5. Roll the tortilla tightly and secure with a toothpick if necessary.
  6. Brush the outside with olive oil and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  7. Place the roll-ups on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden and melty.
  8. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
