- 12 ounces lasagna noodles
- 3 ½ cups rotisserie chicken, shredded
- 1 packet ranch seasoning
- 24 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- ½ cup milk
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- Optional: ranch dressing
- Optional: green onions, chopped
- Optional: blue cheese crumbles
Instructions
- Prepare the Cheese Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, ranch seasoning, buffalo sauce, milk, cheddar cheese, and 1 ½ cups of the mozzarella cheese. Mix until smooth and well incorporated.
- Cook the Lasagna Noodles: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and lay flat on a clean surface.
- Assemble the Lasagna: Spread a thin layer of the cheese mixture in a 9×13-inch baking dish. Layer lasagna noodles, cheese mixture, and shredded chicken, repeating until all ingredients are used. Top with remaining cheese mixture and sprinkle with remaining mozzarella cheese.
- Bake: Cover with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 45 minutes. Remove the foil and bake uncovered for an additional 10 minutes.
- Rest and Serve: Let the lasagna rest for 8–10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with optional toppings if desired.
