Instructions
- Wash and prepare the fresh green beans thoroughly, then trim the ends.
- Fill the jars with the green beans, leaving about an inch of headspace at the top.

- Add boiling water over the green beans in each jar, maintaining the headspace.
- Wipe the rims of the jars with a clean cloth to ensure a perfect seal.
- Place the lids on the jars and screw on the bands until fingertip tight.
- Process the jars in the pressure canner according to the manufacturer’s instructions for your altitude.
- Depressurize naturally once the time is up.
- Cool down the jars completely before storing them.
