- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the Blackstone grill to medium heat.
- Combine soy sauce, olive oil, brown sugar, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix until the brown sugar dissolves.
- Marinate the chicken breasts in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
- Place the marinated chicken on the grill and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked, with an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Add the pineapple chunks during the last few minutes of cooking to caramelize them.
- Remove from grill, garnish with chopped green onions, and serve hot.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the chicken overnight. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
