- 1 lb chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
- 1/2 cup broth
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Whisk together the broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, olive oil, salt, and pepper until well blended.
- Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, covering them thoroughly, and let meld in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat your Blackstone griddle over medium-high heat until hot.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade, letting excess drip off, and place it on the griddle.
- Cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through and charred.
- Remove the chicken from the griddle and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- Serve garnished with chopped green onions.
Notes
For best flavor, marinate chicken overnight. Great as leftovers in salads or wraps!
