Description

Delightful BBQ Chicken Naan Pizzas topped with tender chicken, crispy turkey bacon, and gooey cheese, drizzled with sweet barbecue sauce for a comforting meal ready in under 30 minutes.


Ingredients

  • Olive oil spray
  • 4 slices naan
  • Sweet barbecue sauce
  • 2 cups cheddar jack cheese (shredded)
  • 1½ cup chicken (leftover, grilled, roasted, or rotisserie)
  • 4 slices turkey bacon (cooked until slightly crispy, chopped)
  • 1/2 red onion (thinly sliced vertically)
  • Cilantro (chopped, for serving—optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400℉ (200℃) and lightly spray 2 rimmed metal baking sheets with olive oil spray.
  2. Place 2 naans per pan and spoon a desired amount of barbecue sauce on top. Spread the sauce evenly, leaving a 1/2 inch border around the edges.
  3. Top each naan with a little cheese, followed by the chicken, and crispy turkey bacon. Finish with more cheese on top.
  4. Drizzle a spoonful (or more) of barbecue sauce over the topping before baking each pan on the middle rack.
  5. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the cheese has melted and the crust is gloriously golden.
  6. Sprinkle with minced cilantro before serving for a fresh touch.
