- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh herbs (such as parsley, dill, or thyme)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, fresh herbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl until well combined.
- Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spaced evenly apart.
- Spread the mayonnaise mixture over the top of each fillet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily.
- Serve with lemon wedges for added flavor.
