Description

Crispy on the outside, creamy on the inside, these Bacon Jalapeño Popper Eggrolls are bursting with flavor and perfect for gatherings.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 eggroll wrappers
  • 6 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup jalapeños, diced (seeds removed)
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Mix the crumbled turkey bacon, diced jalapeños, softened cream cheese, and shredded cheddar cheese until well combined.
  2. Take an eggroll wrapper and place about 2 tablespoons of the cheesy mixture in the center.
  3. Fold the bottom corner of the wrapper up over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll tightly, sealing the edges with water if needed.
  4. Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat until shimmering.
  5. Fry the eggrolls until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  6. Drain the eggrolls on paper towels and serve hot.

Notes

These eggrolls are best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
