Crispy on the outside, creamy on the inside, these Bacon Jalapeño Popper Eggrolls are bursting with flavor and perfect for gatherings.

- 8 eggroll wrappers
- 6 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup jalapeños, diced (seeds removed)
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Mix the crumbled turkey bacon, diced jalapeños, softened cream cheese, and shredded cheddar cheese until well combined.
- Take an eggroll wrapper and place about 2 tablespoons of the cheesy mixture in the center.
- Fold the bottom corner of the wrapper up over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll tightly, sealing the edges with water if needed.
- Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat until shimmering.
- Fry the eggrolls until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Drain the eggrolls on paper towels and serve hot.
Notes
These eggrolls are best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
