Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Mix together the ground beef, ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the meatballs in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, or until they are browned and cooked through.
- Serve with spaghetti or on subs as desired for a comforting meal.
Notes
You can prepare the meatball mixture ahead of time and refrigerate for up to 24 hours before cooking.
