Description

Delicious air fryer meatballs made with a blend of ground beef and turkey, perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix together the ground beef, ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Place the meatballs in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 10-12 minutes, or until they are browned and cooked through.
  6. Serve with spaghetti or on subs as desired for a comforting meal.

You can prepare the meatball mixture ahead of time and refrigerate for up to 24 hours before cooking.
