Ingredients

- 1 head Romaine lettuce, chopped
- 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1/2 red onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 4 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
- 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Layer the chopped Romaine lettuce at the bottom of a large glass bowl.
- Add the chopped tomatoes, followed by the diced cucumbers.
- Sprinkle in the diced red onion and bell peppers.
- Add the sliced hard-boiled eggs in a neat layer.
- Top with turkey bacon bits.
- Finish with shredded cheddar cheese and spread the mayonnaise evenly over everything.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, cover, and refrigerate for a few hours or overnight.
Notes
Make ahead of time but add the mayonnaise just before serving to maintain crunchiness. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
