Description

A refreshing 7 Layer Salad featuring vibrant layers of fresh ingredients and creamy dressing, perfect for warm days and gatherings.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 head Romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, diced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Layer the chopped Romaine lettuce at the bottom of a large glass bowl.
  2. Add the chopped tomatoes, followed by the diced cucumbers.
  3. Sprinkle in the diced red onion and bell peppers.
  4. Add the sliced hard-boiled eggs in a neat layer.
  5. Top with turkey bacon bits.
  6. Finish with shredded cheddar cheese and spread the mayonnaise evenly over everything.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste, cover, and refrigerate for a few hours or overnight.

Notes

Make ahead of time but add the mayonnaise just before serving to maintain crunchiness. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
