Ingredients

  • 4 large whole wheat tortillas
  • 1 cup cooked and shredded turkey breast
  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced
  • 1 cup baby spinach leaves
  • 1 medium cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup shredded carrots
  • ½ cup hummus (any flavor you like)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: Feta cheese or crumbled goat cheese

Instructions

  1. Begin by laying out your tortillas on a clean surface.
  2. Spread a generous layer of hummus on each tortilla.
  3. Add the baby spinach leaves on top of the hummus.
  4. Distribute the shredded turkey breast evenly over the spinach.
  5. Arrange the sliced cucumbers, red bell peppers, and shredded carrots over the turkey.
  6. Finish off with slices of creamy avocado, sprinkling salt and pepper.
  7. Sprinkle feta cheese or crumbled goat cheese if desired.
  8. Tightly roll the tortilla, folding in the sides.
  9. Slice the wrap in half to reveal the filling.
  10. Serve immediately or wrap for later enjoyment.
