- 1 package of croissant dough
- 1 cup of sugar
- 2 tablespoons of ground cinnamon
- 4 tablespoons of butter (for brushing)
- Optional filling (e.g., chocolate, cream cheese)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the croissant dough onto a lightly floured surface, and cut it into squares.
- Place a spoonful of your desired filling in the center of each square, then fold and shape the dough into a muffin form.
- Brush each cruffin generously with melted butter.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until they turn a beautiful golden brown.
- In a separate bowl, mix sugar and ground cinnamon together.
- Once baked, while they’re still warm, roll each cruffin in the cinnamon sugar mixture until they’re completely coated.
- Let them cool slightly before serving.
