- 8 oz. whipped topping (optional)
- 1 bag of white chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients: Start by hulling and halving your strawberries. Cube your pound cake into 1-inch pieces. If using white chocolate, melt it gently.
- Assemble the kabobs: Alternate threading the strawberries and pound cake cubes on skewers in the order of strawberry, cake, strawberry, cake, and finish with another strawberry on top.
- Option for Whipped Cream Version: Serve whipped topping on the side for guests to dollop on their kabobs.
- Option for White Chocolate Version: Drizzle melted white chocolate over the kabobs.
- Chill & Serve: Place on a serving platter and chill in the refrigerator for about 15-20 minutes.
