A delightful no-bake treat combining juicy strawberries, tender pound cake, and creamy toppings, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 12 strawberries (hulled and halved)
  • 12 oz. pound cake (cut into 1-inch cubes)
  • 8 oz. whipped topping (optional)
  • 1 bag of white chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients: Start by hulling and halving your strawberries. Cube your pound cake into 1-inch pieces. If using white chocolate, melt it gently.
  2. Assemble the kabobs: Alternate threading the strawberries and pound cake cubes on skewers in the order of strawberry, cake, strawberry, cake, and finish with another strawberry on top.
  3. Option for Whipped Cream Version: Serve whipped topping on the side for guests to dollop on their kabobs.
  4. Option for White Chocolate Version: Drizzle melted white chocolate over the kabobs.
  5. Chill & Serve: Place on a serving platter and chill in the refrigerator for about 15-20 minutes.
