Ingredients

- 1 head of cabbage, chopped
- 4 strips of turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Cook the chopped turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
- Remove the bacon bits from the skillet and set them aside, leaving the grease.
- Add the diced onion to the hot skillet and sauté until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in the chopped cabbage and combine well with the onions and turkey bacon grease.
- Cook the cabbage until tender, about 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, topped with the crispy turkey bacon bits.
Notes
Feel free to add red pepper flakes for a kick or stir in a splash of cream for extra indulgence.
