Description

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a loaf pan or line with parchment paper for easy release.
  2. Mash the bananas in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
  3. Mix your wet ingredients: Add granulated sugar, brown sugar, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract. Stir until well combined.
  4. Whisk your dry ingredients: In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  5. Combine the mixtures: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with milk. Mix until just combined.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
  7. Add the topping: Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture evenly over the batter.
  8. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
