  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Parsley, freshly chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Rinse and peel the sweet potatoes. Slice them into 1/2-inch thick rounds for even cooking.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the sweet potato rounds with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Toss until coated.
  4. Arrange the seasoned rounds in a single layer on the baking sheet, ensuring space between them.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until tender and golden brown.
