Description

A delightful no-bake dessert combining creamy chocolate pudding and a buttery Oreo crust.


Ingredients

  • 1 (14.3 oz) package Oreo cookies
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 (3.9 oz) packages instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Oreo crumbles for garnish
  • Chocolate shavings for garnish

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor or place them in a bag and crush with a rolling pin until they are fine crumbs.
  2. Combine the crushed Oreos with melted butter in a bowl and mix well.
  3. Press the Oreo mixture into the bottom of a pie dish to form a crust.
  4. Whisk together the chocolate pudding mix and milk in another bowl until smooth.
  5. Let the mixture sit until it thickens slightly.
  6. Fold in the whipped topping and vanilla extract until creamy.
  7. Pour the pudding mixture into the Oreo crust.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or until set.
  9. Garnish with Oreo crumbles and chocolate shavings before serving.

This pie can be made a day in advance for best flavor and texture.
