- 1 (14.3 oz) package Oreo cookies
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 (3.9 oz) packages instant chocolate pudding mix
- 3 cups milk
- 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Oreo crumbles for garnish
- Chocolate shavings for garnish
Instructions
- Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor or place them in a bag and crush with a rolling pin until they are fine crumbs.
- Combine the crushed Oreos with melted butter in a bowl and mix well.
- Press the Oreo mixture into the bottom of a pie dish to form a crust.
- Whisk together the chocolate pudding mix and milk in another bowl until smooth.
- Let the mixture sit until it thickens slightly.
- Fold in the whipped topping and vanilla extract until creamy.
- Pour the pudding mixture into the Oreo crust.
- Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or until set.
- Garnish with Oreo crumbles and chocolate shavings before serving.
