Description

A creamy, indulgent one-pan dish featuring tender chicken and buttery noodles—perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (1.5 lbs)
  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 4 tbsp real butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Start by prepping your ingredients—chop the garlic and any veggies you like.
  2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, sear the chicken breasts in 1 tablespoon of butter until golden brown, about 5 minutes per side. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Once browned, add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Carefully pour in the chicken broth and bring it to a boil.
  5. Stir in the egg noodles and reduce heat, letting simmer for about 8-10 minutes until al dente.
  6. Remove from heat and stir in the remaining butter, allowing it to melt into the noodles. Finish with parsley before serving.
