Description

Delicious no-bake treats combining creamy peanut butter and chocolate, perfect for Easter and any celebration.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 2 cups chow mein noodles
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • Sprinkles (optional for decoration)

Instructions

  1. Combine the creamy peanut butter and chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl.
  2. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth and melted.
  3. Fold in the chow mein noodles and mini marshmallows until combined.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Shape them into little nests.
  6. Sprinkle with colorful decorations on top, if desired.
  7. Allow the nests to set at room temperature for about 30 minutes.

Notes

These haystacks can be made in advance and stored in an airtight container for up to a week. For a tropical twist, add shredded coconut.
