Instructions
- Combine the heavy cream, whole milk, and granulated sugar in a large mixing bowl. Whisk until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- Stir in the peppermint extract and green food coloring, if using, and whisk until well blended.
- Add a pinch of salt to enhance the flavors.
- Pour the mixture into your ice cream machine and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions (about 20-25 minutes).
