Description

Mini Lahmacun bites topped with a creamy yogurt drizzle, perfect for a cozy dinner or appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup ground beef or lamb
  • ½ onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tomato, grated
  • 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Mini pita or flatbreads
  • ½ cup plain yogurt
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef or lamb, chopped onion, grated tomato, parsley, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the meat mixture onto each mini pita or flatbread.
  4. Place the breads on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
  5. While baking, prepare the yogurt drizzle by mixing yogurt, minced garlic, and lemon juice in a small bowl.
  6. Once baked, drizzle the yogurt sauce over the bites before serving.
