Ingredients

- 1 cup ground beef or lamb
- ½ onion, finely chopped
- 1 tomato, grated
- 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Mini pita or flatbreads
- ½ cup plain yogurt
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef or lamb, chopped onion, grated tomato, parsley, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the meat mixture onto each mini pita or flatbread.
- Place the breads on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
- While baking, prepare the yogurt drizzle by mixing yogurt, minced garlic, and lemon juice in a small bowl.
- Once baked, drizzle the yogurt sauce over the bites before serving.
