Description

A festive dish featuring marinated grilled chicken breasts topped with avocado and cilantro, perfect for summer gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 limes (juiced)
  • 1 avocado (diced)
  • 1/2 cup cilantro (chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Combine the lime juice, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to create a delicious marinade.
  2. Marinate the chicken breasts in the mixture for at least 30 minutes. The longer, the better!
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grill grates.
  4. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked.
  5. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.
  6. Serve the grilled chicken topped with diced avocado and chopped cilantro.
