A refreshing no-bake dessert layered with creamy lemon goodness and juicy blueberries, perfect for summer gatherings.

- 1 package lemon cookies
- 2 cups blueberries
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups whipped cream or whipped topping
- 1 cup lemon curd
- 1/2 cup milk
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, lemon zest, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl until smooth.
- Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until light and fluffy.
- Prepare a 9×13 inch dish for layering.
- Layer the bottom with lemon cookies.
- Spread half of the lemon curd over the cookies.
- Add half of the cream cheese mixture on top of the lemon curd layer.
- Sprinkle half of the blueberries over the cream cheese layer.
- Repeat the layers: another layer of lemon cookies, remaining lemon curd, rest of the cream cheese mixture, and finish with remaining blueberries.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or overnight.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
