Ingredients

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Whisk together lime juice, olive oil, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Place chicken breasts in the marinade and let them sit for at least 30 minutes.
