- 1 avocado, diced

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the honey, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Marinate the chicken breasts in this mixture for at least 30 minutes.
- Grill or pan-cook the chicken until fully cooked and golden brown, about 6–7 minutes per side depending on thickness.
- Once cooked, slice the chicken into tender strips.
- In serving bowls, layer the cooked rice as the base, followed by the sliced chicken and diced avocado.
- Sprinkle fresh cilantro on top before serving.
