Instructions
- Begin by crushing the Oreo cookies in a food processor or by placing them in a resealable bag and smashing them with a rolling pin until fine.
- Mix the crushed cookies with the melted butter and press this mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch pan to form a sturdy crust.
- In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth and creamy.
- Blend in the whipped topping, lemon juice, and lemon zest until fully combined and fluffy.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled Oreo crust.
- In another bowl, whisk together the lemon pudding mix and milk until it thickens to a lovely, silky consistency.
- Pour this over the cream cheese layer and gently spread it out to ensure it covers all corners.
- Cover your dessert with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or until fully set.
