Description

A vibrant and flavorful Italian Grinder Tortellini Salad, perfect for gatherings and easy weeknight dinners, loaded with fresh ingredients.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of tortellini
  • 1 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup of diced cucumbers
  • 1/2 cup of sliced black olives
  • 1/2 cup of diced salami
  • 1/2 cup of diced provolone cheese
  • 1/4 cup of red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup of fresh basil, chopped
  • 1/4 cup of Italian dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the tortellini according to the package instructions, then drain and cool.
  2. Combine the cooled tortellini, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, salami, provolone cheese, red onion, and basil in a large bowl.
