- 1 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup of diced cucumbers
- 1/2 cup of sliced black olives
- 1/2 cup of diced salami
- 1/2 cup of diced provolone cheese
- 1/4 cup of red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup of fresh basil, chopped
- 1/4 cup of Italian dressing
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the tortellini according to the package instructions, then drain and cool.
- Combine the cooled tortellini, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, salami, provolone cheese, red onion, and basil in a large bowl.
