- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Pineapple rings (for grilling)
- Chopped green onions (for garnish)
Instructions
- Mix together the pineapple juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, grated ginger, and black pepper to create a delightful marinade.
- Place the chicken breasts in a resealable bag and pour the marinade over them.
- Seal the bag tightly and let the chicken marinade in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and brush it lightly with vegetable oil.
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
- Place the pineapple rings on the grill during the last few minutes of cooking.
