Description

A quick and easy Greek Chicken Flatbread topped with tzatziki sauce, feta cheese, and fresh vegetables, perfect for weeknight dinners.


Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, cooked and sliced
  • 4 flatbreads or pita breads
  • 1 cup tzatziki sauce
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1 cup mixed greens
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Top each flatbread with sliced chicken and generous dollops of tzatziki sauce.
  4. Sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese, cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, and mixed greens.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes.
  7. Remove from the oven, slice, and serve warm.

Notes

For a spicy kick, mix red pepper flakes into the tzatziki sauce. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to two days.
