A quick and easy Greek Chicken Flatbread topped with tzatziki sauce, feta cheese, and fresh vegetables, perfect for weeknight dinners.

- 2 chicken breasts, cooked and sliced
- 4 flatbreads or pita breads
- 1 cup tzatziki sauce
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1 cup mixed greens
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
- Top each flatbread with sliced chicken and generous dollops of tzatziki sauce.
- Sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese, cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, and mixed greens.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, slice, and serve warm.
Notes
For a spicy kick, mix red pepper flakes into the tzatziki sauce. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to two days.
