- 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
- 4 slices of bread (your favorite type)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix the softened butter, garlic powder, and dried parsley until well combined.
- Spread the garlic butter mixture generously on one side of each slice of bread.
- Place two slices butter-side down in a heated skillet and scatter half the cheese blend on each slice.
- Top with the remaining bread slices, butter-side up, and gently press down.
- Heat your skillet over low heat and cook the sandwiches for 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the pan, slice the sandwiches in half, and serve immediately.
Notes
For extra crispy crust, use a mix of butter and olive oil for frying. Cover the skillet with a lid for a gooey center.
