- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup granola
- 2 tablespoons honey (optional)
Instructions
- Start by slicing fresh strawberries into small, bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, combine the strawberries and vanilla yogurt, mixing them well.
- Lay a piece of parchment paper on a baking sheet.
- Using a spoon, drop small dollops of the strawberry yogurt mixture onto the parchment paper.
- Sprinkle granola on top of each dollop.
- If desired, drizzle honey over the bites.
- Freeze for at least 120 minutes or until they are firm.
- Once frozen, gently transfer the bites to an airtight container and store in your freezer.
Notes
These bites can be made in advance and stored for up to a month. Let them sit at room temperature before enjoying for a softer texture.
