Description

A refreshing and healthy treat made with fresh strawberries and yogurt, perfect for warm summer days.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup granola
  • 2 tablespoons honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. Start by slicing fresh strawberries into small, bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a bowl, combine the strawberries and vanilla yogurt, mixing them well.
  3. Lay a piece of parchment paper on a baking sheet.
  4. Using a spoon, drop small dollops of the strawberry yogurt mixture onto the parchment paper.
  5. Sprinkle granola on top of each dollop.
  6. If desired, drizzle honey over the bites.
  7. Freeze for at least 120 minutes or until they are firm.
  8. Once frozen, gently transfer the bites to an airtight container and store in your freezer.

Notes

These bites can be made in advance and stored for up to a month. Let them sit at room temperature before enjoying for a softer texture.
