Description

A cozy, satisfying snack made with Greek yogurt and peanut butter, these Frozen Greek Yogurt Peanut Butter Bites are quick to make and customizable.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Mini chocolate chips or chopped nuts (optional for topping)

Instructions

  1. Mix together the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
  2. Spoon the mixture into a silicone mold or mini muffin tin, filling each cavity generously.
  3. Sprinkle mini chocolate chips or chopped nuts on top for an added crunch (if desired).
  4. Freeze for at least 120-180 minutes or until the bites are firm and set.
  5. Pop the bites out of the molds and store them in a freezer-safe container.
  6. Enjoy as a healthy snack whenever you crave something sweet!

Notes

Make a big batch and store them in a freezer bag; they’ll last about a month. Ensure they are stored in an airtight container to prevent freezer burn.
