Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 1 cup dill pickles, chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine the shredded chicken and chopped dill pickles in a large bowl.
- Mix together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, red onion, fresh dill, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl.
- Pour the dressing over the chicken and pickles, and mix well until coated.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Serve on a sandwich, in a wrap, or on its own for lunch.
Notes
This salad can be made a day in advance. Use Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise for a lighter option.
