Description

A creamy and tangy chicken salad packed with flavors, perfect for meal prep or a refreshing lunch anytime.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
  • 1 cup dill pickles, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine the shredded chicken and chopped dill pickles in a large bowl.
  2. Mix together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, red onion, fresh dill, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl.
  3. Pour the dressing over the chicken and pickles, and mix well until coated.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  5. Serve on a sandwich, in a wrap, or on its own for lunch.

Notes

This salad can be made a day in advance. Use Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise for a lighter option.
