  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds (optional)
  • Fresh herbs (like parsley or cilantro) for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Clean the mushrooms with a damp cloth to remove dirt. Trim the stems if necessary. You can leave them whole or slice them in half.
  3. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the soy sauce, honey, olive oil, minced garlic, and black pepper. Stir until well mixed.
