Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef (80/20 blend)
- Salt and pepper
- Burger buns
- Cheese slices (optional)

- Condiments: ketchup, mustard, mayo, etc.
Instructions
- Preheat the Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat, letting it warm up nicely for that perfect sear.
- Divide the ground beef into equal portions and form them into loose balls—don’t overwork the meat!
- Place the meatballs on the griddle, then use a spatula to smash them down into thin patties.
- Season each patty generously with salt and pepper.
- Cook for about 3-4 minutes until golden crust develops, then flip and add cheese slices if desired.
- Cook for another 1-2 minutes until the cheese is melted.
- Toast the burger buns on the griddle until golden.
- Assemble the burgers with your favorite toppings and condiments.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
