Ingredients

  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked pasta for serving
  • Fresh basil for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot, creating a snug little nest for them.
  2. Pour the marinara sauce over the chicken, ensuring each piece is well covered.
  3. Sprinkle the Italian seasoning, along with a pinch of salt and pepper, over the top.
  4. Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 360 minutes or on high for 240 minutes until the chicken is tender.
