Description

A heartwarming Crock Pot dish featuring tender chicken and buttery baby potatoes in a creamy garlic Parmesan sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
  • 1 cup garlic Parmesan sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts and halved potatoes in the bottom of a crock pot.
  2. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, giving it that lovely aroma right from the start.
  3. Pour the garlic Parmesan sauce over the chicken and potatoes, ensuring everything is well coated in that creamy goodness.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 360 minutes or high for 240 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and the potatoes are tender.
  5. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For make-ahead magic, prep the ingredients the night before. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
