- 1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional)
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Rinse and trim the green beans, then pat them dry.
- In a bowl, mix green beans with olive oil, garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Toss to coat.
- Spread the green beans in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 15-20 minutes, shaking the pan halfway through.
- Once done, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the hot beans and toss gently.
- Optionally drizzle with lemon juice and garnish with parsley before serving.
Notes
