Description

A creamy and comforting salmon pasta dish perfect for busy weeknights, ready in just 30 minutes.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 fillets of salmon
  • 150g fresh spinach
  • 200g pasta (such as fettuccine or linguine)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parmesan cheese for serving
  • Fresh herbs (like dill or parsley) for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then place them in the skillet.
  3. Cook the salmon for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Then, add the fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and stir to combine, letting it simmer for a couple of minutes.
  6. Flake the salmon into bite-sized pieces and add it to the cream sauce. Gently mix in the cooked pasta, coating it well with the sauce.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with grated Parmesan cheese and fresh herbs.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days—reheat gently on the stove.
