Instructions

  1. Begin by cooking the bowtie pasta according to the package instructions. Once done, drain and set aside.
  2. Melt the unsalted butter in a large skillet over medium heat until golden.
  3. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Toss in the cubed chicken, seasoning with salt, pepper, and paprika, cooking until golden brown (about 6-8 minutes).
  5. Incorporate the broccoli florets into the skillet.
  6. Squeeze the lemon juice over the mixture and add the zest.
  7. Mix in the cooked bowtie pasta, allowing everything to combine well.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with parsley if desired.
