Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 4×8 inch loaf pan.
- Combine the melted butter with the mashed bananas in a mixing bowl, creating a creamy, sweet base.
- Stir in the baking soda and pinch of salt, letting the flavors meld.
- Add the sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract; mix well until the mixture is smooth and inviting.
- Fold in the flour until just incorporated, taking care not to overmix. The batter should be lusciously thick.
- Mix the ground cinnamon and 1/4 cup of sugar for the swirl.
