Delightfully easy and no-bake Chocolate Strawberry Yogurt Clusters, made with creamy Greek yogurt and fresh strawberries, coated in smooth chocolate.

- 1 1/2 cups chopped strawberries
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
Instructions
- Add the chopped strawberries, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract to a large bowl and combine thoroughly.
- Scoop about 2 tablespoons of the yogurt mixture and drop it onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, forming delightful little clusters.
- Place the baking sheet in the freezer and freeze until clusters are solid, about 60-120 minutes.
- Combine the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl; microwave until silky smooth.
- Dip each frozen yogurt cluster into the melted chocolate using a spoon for even coating.
- Return the clusters to the baking sheet and sprinkle with sea salt, if desired.
- Freeze for a few more minutes to allow the chocolate to harden.

Notes
