Ingredients

  • 1 (18 oz) box brownie mix (prepared according to box instructions)
  • 2 cups chopped strawberries
  • 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare your brownies according to the instructions on the box and let them cool completely.
  2. Wash, dry, and chop strawberries into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Spread the chopped strawberries over the cooled brownies.
  4. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and vegetable oil, and microwave in 30-second intervals until melted and smooth.
  5. Transfer the melted chocolate into a ziplock bag, cut off one end, and drizzle over the strawberries.
  6. Chill the brownies in the fridge for 30 minutes to 1 hour to set the chocolate drizzle.
  7. Slice the brownies into squares before serving.
