- 2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
- 4 hoagie rolls
- 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the sliced bell pepper and onion; sauté until softened and fragrant.
- In a separate bowl, mix the shredded chicken with salt and pepper until well combined.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the hoagie rolls on a baking sheet.
- Layer the chicken mixture generously in each roll, then top with sautéed peppers and onions.
- Sprinkle shredded provolone cheese on top.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
