Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
  • 4 hoagie rolls
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the sliced bell pepper and onion; sauté until softened and fragrant.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the shredded chicken with salt and pepper until well combined.
  4. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  5. Place the hoagie rolls on a baking sheet.
  6. Layer the chicken mixture generously in each roll, then top with sautéed peppers and onions.
  7. Sprinkle shredded provolone cheese on top.
  8. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
