Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Toppings of your choice (e.g., marinara sauce, additional cheese, vegetables, meats)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix together the ground chicken, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Spread the chicken mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet in a pizza shape, about 1/4 inch thick.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
