- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Toppings of your choice (e.g., marinara sauce, additional cheese, vegetables, meats)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix together the ground chicken, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Spread the chicken mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet in a pizza shape, about 1/4 inch thick.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove from the oven and add your favorite toppings.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Slice and serve hot.
