- 2 slices of sourdough bread
- 4 ounces turkey breast
- 2 slices of cheddar cheese
- 2 slices of turkey bacon
- Butter for grilling
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- Butter one side of each slice of sourdough.
- On the unbuttered side of one slice, layer the turkey breast, crispy turkey bacon, and cheddar cheese. Top with the second slice of bread, unbuttered side down.
- Grill the sandwich in the skillet over medium heat, pressing down with a spatula. Cook until golden brown and cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Slice the sandwich in half and serve warm.
