Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and add the sliced onions. Cook, stirring occasionally, until caramelized, about 20-25 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut it into squares or circles.
- Place the pastry pieces on a baking sheet. Top with caramelized onions and crumbled goat cheese.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and flaky.
