- 1/2 cup brown sugar

- 1/4 cup butter, melted for topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- Combine the all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl.
- Cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add in the eggs, sour cream, fresh lemon juice, and lemon zest, mixing until combined.
- Incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet mix until just combined.
- Fold in the fresh blueberries gently.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan, spreading it evenly.
- Mix together the brown sugar, oats, and melted butter for the topping, and sprinkle over the batter.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
