- 2 lbs chicken breasts (cubed)
- 1 lb turkey bacon
- 4 cups Yukon gold potatoes (cubed)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 2–3 tbsp ranch seasoning
- 2 cups cheddar cheese (shredded)
Instructions
- Preheat your Blackstone to medium heat, adding a thin coat of oil to the surface to prevent sticking.
- Toss the diced Yukon gold potatoes onto one side of the grill. Allow them to cook for about 15 minutes before flipping.
- While the potatoes are cooking, add the turkey bacon to the other half of the grill. Cook for about 5 minutes per side, or until the bacon is crispy. Once done, remove from the grill and set aside.
- Add the cubed chicken to the grill, allowing it to cook in the rich bacon grease for extra flavor. Season both the chicken and potatoes with salt, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, and ranch seasoning. Cook the chicken for about 6-8 minutes per side until fully cooked through.
- Once everything is cooked, combine the crispy potatoes and juicy chicken in the skillet. Layer on the shredded cheddar cheese and the crispy turkey bacon. Cover with a lid or a piece of foil until the cheese is fully melted, then remove from heat and enjoy!
