Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Season with salt and pepper. Drain excess fat.
- Lay out a tortilla and layer with cooked beef, shredded lettuce, pickles, cheddar cheese, and a drizzle of special sauce.
- Roll the tortilla tightly to enclose the filling.
- Repeat with the remaining tortillas and fillings.
- Serve immediately or wrap in foil for a portable meal.
