Description

Cozy wraps that combine all the delightful flavors of a Big Mac in a fun, portable format, perfect for busy evenings.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup pickles, sliced
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup special sauce (mayonnaise, ketchup, relish, vinegar, sugar, onion powder)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Season with salt and pepper. Drain excess fat.
  2. Lay out a tortilla and layer with cooked beef, shredded lettuce, pickles, cheddar cheese, and a drizzle of special sauce.
  3. Roll the tortilla tightly to enclose the filling.
  4. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and fillings.
  5. Serve immediately or wrap in foil for a portable meal.
